Anne Baptiste, MA, is a special education teacher from ESU 7 in Columbus, Nebraska. Anne has been teaching since 2005. She has worked as a resource teacher in the general education setting and as the teacher in a self-contained behavior program at a middle school. She is currently a teacher at a Level 3 program, The Learning Academy, where she developed the programming prior to the school's opening in the fall of 2019. Anne is also a Mandt and restorative justice trainer.

Anne became part of the MSLBD Master Teacher Project in 2020. She also serves as a member of the MSLBD Planning Committee and Co-Chair for the Master Teacher Subcommittee.
