- The room block fills quickly! We encourage those who guest rooms to make your reservation as EARLY AS POSSIBLE for the best selection of rooms type at a special rate! The "cut-off date" for reserving rooms in the Room Block is January 29, 2027, by 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), subject to availability.
- Reservations requested after the block is full OR the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.
- The hotel does not accept purchase orders.
- Credit Card Authorization: If you will not have the credit card with you at the time of travel, a credit card authorization form needs to be in place. Request a copy of this form from crown@westin.com, reference: "2027 MSLBD Annual Convention".
- Complimentary self-parking is only available to those in the room block. Verify parking credit at the time of check-in. Those booked at the hotel outside the block, requesting valet parking, staying at another hotel, or driving in daily will be charged the hourly/daily parking rates.
Parking Information
Parking may be found in the parking facilities around Crown Center. Self and valet parking are available in the covered garage near the hotel. Self-parking fee $33.00 per day. The valet parking fee is $45 per day. Metropolis Technologies manages the parking services, garages use cameras to record license plates upon entry/exit. Please note that parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To enjoy unlimited in/out privileges, be sure to charge parking to your guest room. A height restriction for large vehicles applies, contact the hotel directly for more information.
