Certificate of Attendance

Participants who would like to submit contact hours to a professional development organization may request a "Certificate of Attendance" at the conference. Download the form or ask for a copy at the conference registration desk. Complete the worksheet as you attend sessions at the conference. Once you have finished attending sessions, turn in the worksheet at the conference registration desk. Your "Certificate of Attendance" will be prepared and emailed to you between April 15 - 30, 2019. BCBA Type 2 CEUs

Midwest Symposium is an ACE provider and will offer Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Type 2 CEUs from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. There are a total of 7.5 CEUs possible through the event. The cost per credit is $5.00.

Presymposium Workshops | Thursday, February 21, 2019

One Presymposium Workshop sessions will be offered for BCBA CEUs. Participants seeking BCBA CEUs can accumulate up to 3.5 CEUs on Thursday at the Symposium.
